These terms are an agreement between you and Bolrach Technologies Limited, which operates Classiry. By using Classiry you agree to them, to our Acceptable Use Policy, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Accepting these terms

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Classiry. You must be old enough to hold an account in your country.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. One person or business may not run accounts to evade a ban or to inflate trust.

3. Posting listings

List only items or services you have the right to sell, and describe them honestly with real photos and a fair price.
No illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or prohibited items, and nothing whose sale is restricted by law.
Post in the right category and location, and do not spam, duplicate, or use misleading titles.
We may edit for accuracy, lower the visibility of, or remove a listing that breaks these terms.

4. Buying and dealing safely

Classiry connects buyers and sellers, but deals happen between you and the other person. Meet in safe places, verify what you are buying, and be wary of anyone who rushes you or asks you to pay off-platform in unusual ways. Our help centre has safety guidance. Classiry is not a party to your transaction and does not guarantee any listing or user.

5. Trust levels and Scam Shield

Classiry is trust-first. We assign trust levels and run Scam Shield to protect the marketplace, which may include warnings, limits on new or risky accounts, verification requirements, and removal of scam listings. We apply these measures in good faith to keep people safe, and we will review a decision where you ask.

6. Rules for using Classiry

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines: nothing illegal, no scams or harassment, no infringing other people's rights, and no gaming trust or reviews.

7. Our intellectual property

Classiry, its name, design, and software are owned by Bolrach Technologies Limited and protected by law. These terms do not give you any right to use our brand except as needed to use the service normally.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Classiry at any time. We may suspend or end access, or remove listings and content, if you break these terms, if we must to comply with the law, or to protect users. For serious safety issues we act first to protect people. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we will give notice and a chance to put things right.

9. Disclaimers

Classiry is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep the marketplace safe and running, but we do not guarantee any listing, user, or deal, and we are not responsible for the goods or services offered by users.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Classiry and Bolrach Technologies Limited are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, including losses arising from a deal with another user. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Bolrach Technologies Limited's place of operation, without affecting mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
